Puss in Boots is a tier S hero of the Tough Skeleton faction as the “Assassin”. He also plays the role of a Nuker. Puss in Boots’ first skill is called “Blink Strike”. Deals damage equal to 290% of ATK to a random enemy for 15% of an additional target’s max HP (up to 1000% of Puss’ ATK).
