Sia’s first active skill “Laser Impulse” is a single-target damage ability that can cause the target to receive a Burn debuff for 6 seconds. Debuff Burn deals continuous damage equal to 65% of her ATK as damage per second.
Sia’s 2nd active skill “Laser Scatter” is a single-target damaging ability that deals 240% of her ATK damage to 1 enemy.
